Your reward points are available for you to use throughout the year. Please be aware that your points will expire at the end of each calendar year on December 31st. This gives you the flexibility to save and redeem your points at any time during the year. We encourage you to enjoy the rewards of your loyalty before they expire.

Reward discount codes are generally valid on most products. However, they cannot be stacked or combined with other discount codes or sitewide promotions. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

The Refer a Friend program gives a $15 Off discount to a friend on their first order over $100. Once your friend completes their qualifying purchase, you will also receive a $15 Off reward.

If you return an item that earned rewards points, the points associated with that specific purchase amount will be deducted from your current points balance once the return is processed. If the deduction results in a negative balance, subsequent purchases will first apply toward covering the negative balance.

If you return an item on which you used a reward discount code (e.g., $20 off), you will be refunded the amount you paid, but the reward discount itself is generally considered used and will not be re-credited as points to your account. The reward is applied to the full order, and the refund will be based on the final, discounted price paid.
