• For Returns: A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This covers inspection, steam pressing, re-packaging, and administrative processing.

• For Exchanges: The 10% Restocking Fee is WAIVED for exchanges.

• Reason for Return.

• MANDATORY: Clear Picture and Video proof showing the condition of the item or the specific defect.

• If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address. If you requested a prepaid shipping label, your custom label and the exact fee deduction will be provided to you at this time.

4.3. Step 3: Ship Pack the item securely.

• Ship the package using a trackable service of your choice, or attach the prepaid label (if requested) and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• You must email us the tracking number immediately after shipping.

Refund Calculation (Store Credit): Upon successful inspection, we will issue your refund as Store Credit.

• Note: If you opted to use a Palkhi Fashion prepaid return label, the quoted Return Label Fee will also be deducted from your Total Store Credit. 8. Lost or Damaged Parcels During Transit 8.1. Parcels Damaged:
