Return & Refund Policy

2. General Return Conditions

2.1. Return Request Window: All return requests must be initiated within 2 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information ("Receipt Date").
2.2. Initiating a Return: To initiate any return, you must contact Palkhi Fashion Customer Service via email at [email address removed] within the 2-day window. Your email must include:
a) Your Order Number.
b) The Product SKU Code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.
c) A clear reason for the return (e.g., change of mind, damaged item, wrong item, size exchange).
d) For Damaged or Wrong Item returns: Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue (damage, incorrect item, packaging if relevant).
2.3. Return Authorization: Do not ship any items back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions from our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
2.4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
a) Items that have been customized to specific measurements or otherwise altered at the customer's request.
b) Items returned after the 2-day request window.
c) Items returned without prior authorization (RA Number).
d) Items not in their original, resalable condition (as defined below, where applicable).

3. Return Types & Procedures

3.1. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Non-Customized/Unaltered Items Only)
3.1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns for non-customized and unaltered items if requested within 2 days of receipt due to a change of mind.
3.1.2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition, free of any scents (perfume, smoke), stains, or damage, with all original tags and packaging intact and suitable for resale.
3.1.3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all costs associated with return shipping. Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
3.1.4. Refund Method: Upon receipt and successful inspection verifying the item's condition, a refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit for the original purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Shipping costs are excluded. You will be notified via email once the store credit is processed.

3.2. Returns Due to Damaged Item or Wrong Item Delivered
3.2.1. Eligibility: We accept returns if the item received was damaged during transit or if it was incorrect (not the item you ordered), provided you notify us with photographic evidence within 2 days of receipt.
3.2.2. Return Shipping Costs: Upon verification of the damage or error (based on your initial photos/description), Palkhi Fashion will provide instructions for the return and will cover the reasonable cost of the return shipping. We may provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse standard shipping costs upon proof of payment.
3.2.3. Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will offer you the choice of:
a) A Replacement with the correct/undamaged item (if available), shipped at our expense.
b) A Full Refund for the item, including any original shipping costs attributed to that specific item. Refunds will typically be processed to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., store credit if preferred).

4. Inspection and Verification

4.1. All returned items are subject to inspection and verification by our quality team upon arrival at our facility.
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or adjust the refund/store credit amount if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy (e.g., item is worn, damaged by customer, missing tags, returned outside the process).

5. Refund Processing Time

5.1. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days after the returned item has been received and successfully verified by our team for your refund or store credit to be processed.
5.2. "Business Days" are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.
5.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The time it takes for a monetary refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Size Exchanges (Alterations for Incorrect Size Ordered)

6.1. If you ordered an incorrect size for a non-customized, eligible garment, we may offer one complimentary alteration service as a courtesy.
6.2. Eligibility & Process: Please contact Customer Service within 2 days of receipt with your order number and the sizing issue to confirm eligibility and receive instructions for the alteration process.
6.3. Shipping Costs for Alterations: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges/alterations. This includes the cost of shipping the item to Palkhi Fashion and the cost of shipping the altered item back to the customer.

7. Policy Modifications

7.1. Palkhi Fashion reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of your order placement will govern that transaction. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
