Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1. Purpose: This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed for products purchased through the Palkhi Fashion website, palkhifashion.com ("Website").

1.2. Agreement: By placing an order on our Website, you ("Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, including the application of Restocking Fees and Return Shipping costs.

1.3. Refund Method: Unless otherwise verified as a merchant error or defective item, all refunds are issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit.

2. General Return Conditions

2.1. Return Request Window: All return requests must be initiated within 2 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date ("Receipt Date") as indicated by the shipping carrier’s tracking information. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

2.2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Free of any scents (perfume, smoke, body odor), stains, pet hair, or damage.

  • Returned with all original tags and safety seals attached and intact.

  • Returned in the original packaging.

    2.3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized items (including custom stitching or measurements).

  • Items altered at the customer’s request.

  • Jewelry and Accessories.

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

  • Items returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

To maintain our high standards of quality control and inventory management, the following fees apply to all eligible returns due to a change of mind or sizing issues.

3.1. Restocking Fee:

A flat 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for each item returned. This fee covers inspection, steam pressing, re-packaging, and administrative processing.

3.2. Return Shipping Costs:

The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s) to Palkhi Fashion. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

3.3. Return Shipping Options:

You may choose one of the following methods for your return:

  • Option A: Prepaid Return Label ($15.00): For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid, trackable shipping label. A flat fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your final Store Credit refund. This option ensures the package is correctly addressed and tracked.

  • Option B: Self-Ship: You may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS). You are responsible for the shipping cost and must provide us with a valid tracking number. Palkhi Fashion is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit if you use your own carrier.

4. Return Procedures

4.1. Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact Palkhi Fashion Customer Service at info@palkhifashion.com within 2 days of delivery. Your email must include:

  • Order Number.

  • Product SKU(s).

  • Reason for Return.

  • Preferred Shipping Method: (State "Prepaid Label" or "Self-Ship").

4.2. Step 2: Authorization

If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions (including the label if requested). Do not ship items without an RA number.

4.3. Step 3: Ship

Pack the item securely. If using the Prepaid Label, attach it to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. If Self-Shipping, ensure the package is postmarked within 3 business days of receiving your RA number.

5. Refunds and Processing

5.1. Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, all returns undergo a strict quality inspection.

5.2. Refund Calculation: Upon successful inspection, we will issue your refund as Store Credit. The amount will be calculated as:

Total Refund = (Item Price) – (10% Restocking Fee) – ($15.00 Label Fee, if applicable).

5.3. Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days after we receive your return for the inspection to be completed and the Store Credit to be issued. You will be notified via email.

6. Defective or Wrong Item Received

6.1. Reporting: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt at info@palkhifashion.com with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

6.2. Resolution: Once the defect is verified by our team:

  • No Fees: The 10% Restocking Fee and Return Shipping costs will be waived.

  • Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return label at our expense.

  • Outcome: You may choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund in the form of Store Credit.

6.3. Verification: If an item is returned as "defective" but is found upon inspection to be in good condition, the standard 10% Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs will be retroactively deducted from the refund.

7. Size Exchanges

7.1. Exchanges are treated as a return and a new purchase.

7.2. You must return the original item following the procedures above (Shipping costs apply).

7.3. The 10% Restocking Fee may be waived for the first size exchange at our discretion.
