Shipping Costs

1. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Will Not Accept Returns): We do not accept returns due to a change of mind since most of the items we sell are customized to the customer's size and need.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Will Happily Accept Returns): We will happily accept returns due to a change of mind if the purchased item(s) were not customized or altered and a return request is received within 2 days of item receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, even if a return label was provided by us. Once we receive and accept the returns, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once the refund has been completed. Please note that store credit will be provided only for the value of the goods returned and not for any shipping costs paid.

3. Damaged Items In-transit: If an item is damaged during transit, we will happily accept returns and cover the return shipping charges. A request to return the damaged item(s) must be received within 2 days of item receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible, and our Palkhi Fashion team member will assist you with the next steps.

Delivery Terms

1. Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are expected to be in transit for 2 - 7 business days.

2. Transit Time Internationally: International orders are generally in transit for 4 - 22 business days. The actual transit time may vary significantly depending on the local courier responsible for delivering the order to your door-step.

3. Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of payment. Our tailors operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the store might be closed. In such instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

4. Change of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we can accommodate the change as long as it is requested before the order has been dispatched.

5. P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

6. Military Address Shipping: We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services cannot be used for this service.

7. Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the arrival of the out-of-stock item.

8. Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and provide you with further assistance.

9. Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

10. Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you find that a parcel is damaged during transit, please try to reject the parcel from the courier if possible. Immediately get in touch with our customer service for further assistance. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Duties & Taxes

1. Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is already applied to your order when placing an order on our Website,

2. Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country, and we encourage you to be aware of the potential charges before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Palkhi Fashion at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.


If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, we can accept cancellations at any time before the item(s) in the order have been altered or the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
