Standard Returns (Change of Mind/Sizing): Refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for discretionary returns.
Defective/Damaged Items: Refunds may be issued to the Original Payment Method or as Store Credit, based on customer preference.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes Important: Palkhi Fashion primarily accepts returns only for damaged or defective clothing. Returns or exchanges for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, styling preference, or sizing issues) are granted on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval from our team.
2.1. Two-Step Timeframe:
Step 1: Notification: You must email us to initiate a return or exchange request within 2 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date ("Receipt Date") as indicated by the carrier. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
Step 2: Return Window (15 Days): If your request is approved, the package must be postmarked/shipped back to us within 15 calendar days of your original delivery date.
2.2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a return (if approved), items must be:
In their original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
Free of any scents (perfume, smoke, body odor), stains, pet hair, or damage.
Returned with all original tags and safety seals attached and intact.
Returned in the original packaging.
2.3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
Customized items (including custom stitching or measurements).
Items altered at the customer’s request.
Jewelry and Accessories.
Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
3. Fees: Restocking & Shipping EXCEPTION: If the return is due to a verified error, damage, or defect on our part, NO fees will apply (see Section 7). For all other returns (e.g., Change of Mind, Sizing), the following fees apply:
3.1. Return Shipping Costs:
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for both Domestic and International orders. You must ship the item back using a carrier of your choice (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) at your own expense.
Optional Prepaid Label: For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. Because our items vary in size and weight, the exact Return Label Fee will be calculated and quoted to you when you request the return. If you accept and use our label, this calculated fee will be deducted from your final Store Credit (for returns) or from the value of your item before applying it to the new exchange item (for exchanges).
3.2. Restocking Fee (10%): (Applies to both Domestic and International orders)
For Returns: A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This covers inspection, steam pressing, re-packaging, and administrative processing.
For Exchanges: The 10% Restocking Fee is WAIVED for exchanges.
4. Return Procedures (How to Initiate) 4.1. Step 1: Initiate & Provide Proof Contact Palkhi Fashion Customer Service at info@palkhifashion.com within 2 days of delivery. Your email must include:
Order Number.
Product SKU(s).
Reason for Return.
MANDATORY: Clear Picture and Video proof showing the condition of the item or the specific defect.
4.2. Step 2: Approval & Authorization Our team will review your request. For non-defective items (e.g., change of mind), approval is at the sole discretion of the team.
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address. If you requested a prepaid shipping label, your custom label and the exact fee deduction will be provided to you at this time.
4.3. Step 3: Ship Pack the item securely.
Ship the package using a trackable service of your choice, or attach the prepaid label (if requested) and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
You must email us the tracking number immediately after shipping.
Important: The package must be scanned by the carrier within 15 days of the original delivery date.
5. Exchange Procedures & Balance Calculation This section applies if you are exchanging an item due to sizing or change of mind. 5.1. Inspection First: We will not ship the new exchange item until the original item is received, inspected, and approved at our facility. 5.2. Exchange Value Calculation:

Note: If you opted to use a Palkhi Fashion prepaid return label, the quoted Return Label Fee will be deducted from your Exchange Value. 5.3. Price Differences:
Lower Price: If the new item costs less than your Exchange Value, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit.
Higher Price: If the new item costs more than your Exchange Value, we will send you an invoice for the difference. This balance must be paid before we ship the new item.
6. Standard Returns (Refunds) This section applies if you are returning an item for a refund (Change of Mind/Sizing). 6.1. Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, all returns undergo a strict quality inspection. 6.2. Refund Calculation (Store Credit): Upon successful inspection, we will issue your refund as Store Credit.

Note: If you opted to use a Palkhi Fashion prepaid return label, the quoted Return Label Fee will also be deducted from your Total Store Credit. (Original shipping charges and customs/duties paid are non-refundable). 6.3. Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days after we receive your return for the inspection to be completed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items 7.1. Reporting: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt at info@palkhifashion.com with clear photographic and video evidence. 7.2. Verified Defects: Once the defect is verified by our team as a merchant error:
NO Fees: The 10% Restocking Fee will be completely WAIVED, and we will cover the return shipping costs (or provide a prepaid label at no charge).
Outcome: You may choose:
A Replacement (if available).
A full refund to your Original Payment Method.
A full refund as Store Credit.

International Transit Time: International shipments generally require 4 - 22 business days in transit. Please be aware that actual transit times can vary significantly based on the destination country's customs processing and local courier performance. Palkhi Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs or foreign postal services. 4.3. Delivery Address Changes: Requests to change the delivery address can only be accommodated if received before the order has been dispatched. 6. Returns & Refunds 6.1. Return Eligibility Window: Return requests must be initiated within 2 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, as indicated by the carrier's tracking information. 6.2. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized/Altered Items: Due to their personalized nature, items that have been customized (e.g., tailored to specific measurements) or altered at the customer's request are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind or sizing issues (unless defective).

6.3. Returns for Non-Customized/Unaltered Items (Change of Mind):
6.3.1. We accept returns for non-customized and unaltered items requested within the 2-day eligibility window.
6.3.2. Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition, free of any scents (perfume, smoke), stains, or damage, with all original tags and packaging intact and suitable for resale.
6.3.3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. For your convenience, we can provide an optional prepaid return shipping label upon request. Because our items vary in size and weight, the exact return label fee will be calculated and quoted to you when you request the return. If you accept and use our label, this calculated fee will be deducted from your final refund amount (Store Credit). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.3.4. Refund Method: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) confirming they meet the required conditions, a refund will be processed in the form of Store Credit valid for future purchases at palkhifashion.com. The store credit will be issued for the value of the returned goods only, excluding any original or return shipping fees. You will be notified via email once the store credit has been processed.
6.4. Returns for Items Damaged In-Transit:
6.4.1. If you receive an item that has been visibly damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 calendar days of delivery.
6.4.2. We may request photographic evidence of the damage (item and packaging) to initiate a claim with the carrier.
6.4.3. Palkhi Fashion will cover the cost of return shipping for items confirmed as damaged in transit after verification.
6.4.4. Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund (to the original payment method or as store credit, at Palkhi Fashion's discretion or customer preference where applicable) including original shipping costs related to the damaged item. See Section 8 for the claims process.

Cancellation requests can be accommodated only if the request is received before any items in the order have undergone customization/alteration and before the order has been dispatched. 7.2. To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service immediately with your order number. 7.3. If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a return according to the terms outlined in Section 6.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels During Transit 8.1. Parcels Damaged:
8.1.1. If possible, inspect the package upon delivery. If visible damage is noted, you may refuse delivery from the courier. Immediately contact our Customer Service.
8.1.2. If the parcel is delivered in your absence or damage is found after acceptance, contact Customer Service within 2 days. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item(s), as they may be needed for the insurance claim.
8.1.3. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to file a damage claim. A refund or replacement will be processed once the carrier concludes its investigation and approves the claim.
8.2. Parcels Lost:

8.2.2. We will initiate an investigation (tracer) with the shipping carrier to locate the parcel.
8.2.3. A refund or replacement will be processed only after the carrier formally confirms the parcel is lost through their investigation process.

Palkhi Fashion facilitates the claims process with the carrier on behalf of the customer for parcels lost or damaged in transit, as outlined in Section 8. The final resolution (refund/replacement) is contingent upon the outcome of the carrier's investigation and claim approval.
