Q: How can I register with Palkhi Fashion?

A: You need to click on the ‘Log In‘ option at the top right corner of our Website which would direct to a log-in screen. Under the REGISTER section fill out the essential details and click ‘REGISTER’. You are done.

Alternatively, you can also get a login with your Google and Facebook login credentials.

Q: Do I need to make an account to shop at Palkhi Fashion?

A: No, you do not need to make an account to shop with us. However, registering an account with us allows for faster checkout and personalized recommendations catered to your style. You’ll also be able to view the current, real-time status of your order within your Palkhi Fashion account. When checking out as a Guest, we’ll always give you the option to register your account in-case you change your mind.

Q: Do you offer any coupons or special deals for your customers?

A: Yes, we do offer coupons and special deals for our customers. You may sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to view these special deals from time to time. However, please note that some discount codes are only available on regular priced items and might not work on sale items.

Q: Can we use more than one coupon/promo code on a single purchase?

A: No, only one coupon code is applicable per order. However, you can use a gift card available to you with one coupon/promo code.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: To place an order, simply follow the steps below for a seamless ordering experience:
(1) Select the item you wish to place an order for (Select applicable size options)
(2) Add the item to your shopping cart.
(3) Click on your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout.
(4) Enter any applicable coupon codes or gift cards.
(4) When paying with Paypal, you will complete your purchase through the pop-up Paypal window.
(4) When paying with credit/debit card click “proceed to checkout”.
(5) Enter your billing & shipping details.
(6) Also, credit card details will be entered on the same page.

Woohoo! You’ve successfully placed an order. You will be able to view your order # and order details on the final screen. You’ll also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided by you at checkout.

Q: What’s next after I placed an order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, one of the team members from Palkhi Fashion will contact you through WhatsApp(+18322436842). He/She will send you pictures of the item(s) that you ordered with the measurement tape showing the size. Once you confirm everything is according to your selected size and requirements, item(s) will be checked thoroughly for any defects before it is packed and shipped.

Q: I have placed an order, when will I receive it?

A: All our products are ready to ship. Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hrs (2 business days). If your order contains multiple items or an item you ordered need more alteration, your order will be dispatched within 96 hrs (4 business days).

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: Checking your order status is very easy – simply log in to your Palkhi Fashion account and proceed to My Account section. From there, click on the Orders tab, where you will be able to view the item(s) ordered and respective status for each. Alternatively, you may also e-mail us at [email protected] alongside your order # and one of our representatives will be happy to update you with the status of your order.

Q: How will my order be delivered to me?

A: We at Palkhi Fashion only work with reputed shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your order will be dispatched through one of these reputed shipping carriers. You’ll also be receiving a tracking number in your order completed confirmation e-mail so you may also keep track of your order status.

Q: How can I care for my purchase?

A: We would recommend dry cleaning all embellished and silk outfits. Outfits of cotton/digital print should only be washed in cold water.

Q: Can I return the purchased item?

A: We do believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. In case of any defect or damage or any error from our side in the delivered item, we have an option for replacement, or else we issue a 100% amount back as a store credit or refund basis the customer’s preference.
 
It is important to report the concern within 24 hours of delivery. Once done, we will issue a Return Authorization Reference along with the steps to be followed to ensure smooth closure of the resolution in the fastest possible manner.
