Palkhifashion Loyalty is our free rewards program created to reward our customers for their purchases with us. For every dollar spent with us, you receive one point. These points can later be redeemed for store credit or exclusive discounts.

Palkhi Fashion Loyalty points are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of earning. Unused points will expire and be removed from your account if they have not been used within a year.

You may check your points balance by logging into your Palkhi Fashion account. A widget will pop up on the bottom right of the screen that says ‘Palkhi Fashion Loyalty’. By clicking it, you will be able to check your points balance, redeem point and see how you can earn more points.

Spending your points is very easy! Once you log in to your Palkhi Fashion account, a ‘Palkhi Fashion Loyalty’ widget on the bottom right side will appear. By clicking that widget you will see what rewards are available for you to redeem depending on your points balance.

If you return your order back to us, the accumulated points from that specific item(s) will be reversed and removed from the account.
